Storage

Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze with use by date. Once frozen, consume within 1 month. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Read the cooking instructions in full before you start

  1. Place the sticky date pudding onto two plates.
  2. Reheat the sticky date pudding in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds each plate.
  3. Place the caramel sauce on a plate and in the microwave for 45 seconds on high (see Oodee tips!). Stir the caramel sauce with a teaspoon.
  4. Pour the caramel sauce over the sticky date pudding and add the strawberries.
